Sessions are 45mins - 1 hour
They consist of a short Cardiovascular/Dynamic Warmup and then we will guide you through your individual training program.
We focus on Functional Strength Training utilizing free weights, med/stability balls as well as techniques taken from many backgrounds such as Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Martial arts.
We work with all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes and have seen almost everything. Whether losing 100lbs, or just the last 5, it's always easier with a team and a plan.
We have worked with both former and current professional athletes, military/police, and large workforces. Athelete to novice we believe we can elevate your current level and help to achieve your highest potential!
*We have experience with medical concerns including cancer, diabetes, MS, heart conditions, high blood pressure etc.
